These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from oakverelle.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have legal capacity to contract and that the information you provide is accurate. If purchasing for another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

We aim to present products, colors, measurements, materials, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings, production tolerances and reasonable updates can create variation. Customers should review product-specific information and suitability before purchase.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing error, inventory problems, shipping restrictions or other lawful reasons. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices and available payment methods appear at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable charges not collected at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before processing. Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.

Orders are normally processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days. Select products appropriate for the pet’s size, behavior and needs. Follow instructions, inspect products regularly, supervise use where appropriate and discontinue use if damage creates a hazard. Products are not substitutes for veterinary advice or professional care.

Oakverelle™ branding, page content, graphics and other protected materials may not be copied, reproduced, exploited or used to imply endorsement without permission. You may not misuse the store, introduce harmful code, interfere with security, scrape content unlawfully or use the store for fraudulent or illegal activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided subject to applicable descriptions and warranties, and implied warranties are limited only where lawful. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss where exclusion is permitted. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
