Return eligibility
Condition
Items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with packaging, accessories and labels.
Authorization
A return address and instructions must be issued by customer support. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Proof of purchase
Provide the order number and checkout information needed to locate and verify the purchase.
Non-returnable or restricted items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet bedding, feeding products, grooming or personal-care items may be ineligible unless defective. Customized, final-sale, gift-card and other legally restricted items may also be excluded when clearly identified before purchase. Non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number, packaging photographs and clear images of the product and issue. Keep the item and packaging while the claim is reviewed. We may offer replacement, refund or another remedy as appropriate.
Return shipping and inspection

| Transit risk | Use trackable shipping and retain the receipt. We are not responsible for unauthorized or untracked returns lost in transit. |
| Inspection | Returned items are inspected after arrival. We will notify you whether the refund is approved or if additional information is needed. |
Refund timing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method where possible. Banks and payment providers may require additional posting time. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our confirmed error.
For cancellation requests, contact us immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment processing or dispatch begins.
